About 10 years ago Susan Cox gave a leadership talk about the importance of identifying and writing down your BHAG (big hairy audacious goal). It was a light bulb moment for me and helped me focus on developing my experiences and expertise that would move me towards it!

I saw Eve Espy present RIME at FDS one year and brought it home and instituted it for my clerkship. Still running today.
