ASL 2026-2027: Travel and Meeting Information
Hello Scholars and welcome to the travel and meeting info page for the APGO Academic Scholars and Leaders Class of 2026-2027.
All times below are tentative and could change slightly. If you are delayed while traveling to an ASL meeting, please text or call me at 410-610-7234. All scholars must register/pay for the required APGO meetings and book their own travel.
January 2026
Wednesday, January 7, 2026-ASL Welcome Reception
Thursday, January 8-Saturday, January 10, 2026-ASL sessions all day; includes breakfast and lunch each day
Saturday, January 10, 2026-FDS Welcome Reception
Sunday, January 11-Tuesday, January 13, 2026-FDS sessions (ends by 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 14)
The ASL program begins with a brief welcome/introduction of faculty and scholars at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island. Light appetizers will be served. ASL class sessions will be on Thursday, January 8 through Saturday, January 10, 2026, followed by the APGO Faculty Development Seminar January 10-13, 2025. February 2026
2026 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting: Seattle Summit Convention Center, Seattle, Washington
Monday, February 16, 2026, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm ASL session; includes light refreshments
Tuesday, February 17 – Wednesday, February 18, 2026 – APGO Academic Scholars and Leaders Program sessions; includes breakfast and lunch each day (ASL sessions end just before CAAM begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, February 18, 2026)
Wednesday, February 18 – Saturday, February 21, 2026 – CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting

Travel Schedule:
For travel planning purposes…the ASL sessions begin on Monday, February 16 at 1:00 pm at the hotel. ASL Sessions are Monday afternoon, all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning. The CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday and concludes at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 21. Visit apgo.org/meetings for more details.

August 2026
ASL standalone summer session: The Graduate Annapolis, Annapolis, Maryland
Thursday, August 6, 2026 – Friday, August 7, 2026-all day ASL sessions; includes breakfast and lunch each day. We will end at approximately 4:30 pm on Friday.
Please plan to arrive on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, for a morning start on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

There is no registration fee for this standalone ASL meeting. The closest airport is Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). It is approximately 25 miles from Annapolis. Taxis and rideshares are available the airport.
Syllabus materials will be available by early June.

2027 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting: Location TBD
Wednesday, February 24, 2027-Saturday, February 27, 2027.
Poster presentations and graduation will take place during the meeting. Details TBD.
