ASL 2025-2026: Travel and Meeting Information
Hello Scholars and welcome to the travel and meeting info page for the APGO Academic Scholars and Leaders Class of 2025-2026.
All times below are tentative and could change slightly. If you are delayed while traveling to an ASL meeting, please text or call me at 410-610-7234.
January 2025
Wednesday, January 8, 2025-ASL Welcome Reception
Thursday, January 9-Saturday, January 11, 2025-ASL sessions all day; includes breakfast and lunch each day
Saturday, January 11, 2025-FDS Welcome Reception
Sunday, January 12-Tuesday, January 14, 2025-FDS sessions (ends by 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 14)
The ASL program begins with a brief welcome/introduction of faculty and scholars at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, January 8, 2024, at The Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa in Honolulu, Hawaii. Light appetizers will be served. ASL class sessions will be on Thursday, January 9 through Saturday, January 11, 2025, followed by the APGO Faculty Development Seminar January 11-14, 2025. March 2025
2025 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting: JW Marriott Hill Country, San Antonio, Texas
Monday, February 24, 2025, 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm ASL session; includes light refreshments
Tuesday, February 25 – Wednesday, February 26, 2025 – APGO Academic Scholars and Leaders Program sessions; includes breakfast and lunch each day (ASL sessions end just before CAAM begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, February 26, 2025)
Wednesday, February 26 – Saturday, March 1, 2025 – CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting

August 2025
ASL standalone summer session: The Graduate Annapolis, Annapolis, Maryland
Thursday, July 31, 2025 – Friday, August 1, 2025-all day ASL sessions; includes breakfast and lunch each day. We will end at approximately 4:30 pm on Friday.
Please plan to arrive on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, for a morning start on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Click here (coming soon) to make your hotel reservation at the special meeting rate of $TBD/night plus tax. We are holding one room for each scholar. The meeting rate cutoff date is July XX, 2025
There is no registration fee for this standalone ASL meeting. The closest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). It is approximately 25 miles from Annapolis. Taxis and rideshares are available the airport.
A detailed schedule for the August sessions will be posted in June.
March 2026
2026 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting: Location TBD
Wednesday, February 18, 2025-Saturday, February 21, 2025.
Poster presentations and graduation will take place during the meeting. Details TBD.
