Job Description

The following documents are required for board applications and should be saved together as one PDF:

  1. Cover letter addressed to:

    Email c/o: mgeorgakis@apgo.org
  2. One-paragraph statement of qualifications, including past experience and membership in non-profit associations
  3. Short biographical sketch of the nominee using the NIH Biographical Sketch format.
  4. Medical student applicants should also include a letter of recommendation from their ob-gyn clerkship director

NOTE:  Statement of qualifications and biographical sketch for all nominees selected for the slate will be made available to members during the voting process.
