UMEC Column: Prepping Students for the Residency Interview Season

As student mentors, advisors and clerkship directors M4 students will seek you out for advice about their residency applications. Students will want to know how many programs to apply to, which programs they will be competitive for, number of interviews to accept, number of program to rank, CV prep, Letters of Recommendations and help for personal statement writing. Not every student is the same and the advice needs to be personalized based on the individual’s strengths and weakness.
