This group activity, led by the founders of Beyond Motion® (go2beyondmotion.com), Rick and Amy Lademann, is appropriate for all levels and abilities. Sports conditioning moves blended with effective Pilates exercises will provide “Fun in the Sun Fitness,” and will help work out the kinks after sitting in sessions for most of the day. Fitness activity participants will receive a gift bag from Beyond Motion®, so register in advance to help give them an accurate count!

After, the fiesta continues with networking, music, light hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and our famous APGO raffles. Plus, don’t miss the chance to dunk APGO leaders and staff to raise money for the APGO Medical Education Endowment Fund.
