  2. Download the Chair Reaffirmation Letter.
  3. Sign and upload the signed copies below by August 8, 2021. Signatures must be handwritten; electronic signatures cannot be accepted.
  4. Click here to pay the ASL tuition ($5,000) by September 8, 2021.
