ASL 2020-2021: Travel and Meeting Information

January 2020
APGO 2020 Faculty Development Seminar: Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, Bonita Springs, Florida
I am holding rooms for you for the January 2020 ASL sessions and the APGO FDS at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida.
To finalize your reservation, please call Lisa Madsen at the Hyatt at 239-390-4335 and give her the following information:
- That you are in the APGO sub-block as a TBD ASL Scholar.
- Your name.
- Your check-in and check-out dates. Dates available are January 8-January 14. (A few rooms may be available for arriving on January 7 and/or leaving on January 15 and are on a space-available, first-come, first-served basis.) ASL begins with a reception on Wednesday, January 8 at 5:30 pm. Sessions are all day Thursday, January 9, Friday, January 10 and Saturday, January 11. The Faculty Development Seminar will end on Tuesday, January 14 around 11:00 am.
- Your credit card payment info. The meeting rate is $289/night.
One room per scholar is being held. If you are staying elsewhere or rooming with someone, please let me know.
Lisa is expecting to hear from you soon. These rooms will be released as the meeting gets closer so please make your reservation as soon as you know your travel plans.

2020 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting: Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida
Due to limited rooms on the front end of the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting, we have set aside rooms for ASL Scholars.
See your email for your confirmation number.
In order to confirm your room, call Hyatt Reservations at 402-593-5048 (this cannot be done online) to provide payment information and make any changes to your travel dates. The deadline to call is December 15. After this date, any unconfirmed rooms will be released into the general room block for the meeting. If you are making alternate arrangements, please let me know right away at ktoepper@apgo.org.
Reminder:
The February ASL sessions begin on Monday, February 24 at 1:30 pm. The ASL sessions run through Wednesday morning, February 26 and are followed immediately by the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting. The annual meeting ends around Noon on Saturday, February 29.
Registration will open soon for this meeting.
August 2020-These meetings were cancelled in August 2020 and rescheduled in a virtual format in August 2021.
