This round table will discuss techniques on how to set our faculty educators
up for success in multiple areas of medical teaching. We will discuss how to promote methods
that allow the educator to teach learners in more effective ways, as determined by their
personal strengths. We will also understand what qualities good teachers must possess and
methods to foster or enhance these qualities in our educators. Last, we will discuss how
educators can coach other teachers by modeling the R2c2 evidenced-based reflective
performance feedback model
