Objective/ Background: The field of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) is highly competitive, and securing a residency spot in this specialty has become increasingly challenging. Building a strong and competitive application is crucial for medical students aspiring to match into OBGYN residencies. This presentation introduces an innovative preparatory course and applicant development committee designed to enhance students\' performance during sub-internships and interviews, ultimately increasing their chances of successfully matching into OBGYN residency programs.
Methods: The presentation outlines the following key components of the preparatory course and applicant development committee:
