•      Describe best practices for ‘how to write’ letters of recommendation for OBGYN residency, including how to minimize bias

 •         Discuss techniques to emphasize strengths of average applicants to make them stand out

 •         Review strategies for SLOE completion that are honest but do not disadvantage the average applicant
