Objective: A roundtable discussion to highlight the importance of succession planning.
Methods: Attendees will learn the importance of succession planning for their own programs and be provided a questionnaire to assist with developing skills and identifying candidates.
Results: We will share our own experience and facilitate a discussion with attendees.
Conclusion/ Discussion: Succession planning should be part of annual faculty reviews.
