Objective: Faculty development is crucial to providing a consistent and positive learning environment for our medical learners at all stages. We identified a need to provide meaningful collaboration and standardization of teaching methods across our multi-campus faculty, community, and rural preceptors. Therefore, we developed a virtual lunch series to bring together faculty across campuses and rural sites to cultivate our teaching strategies and skills.
