Cancellation Policy
All registration and ticket cancellation, substitution and refund requests must be made in writing. Cancellations received on or before XXX, will result in a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after XXX. The administrative fee will be waived for cancellations due to reasons listed in Section 3 of the Meeting Waiver, which may by necessity be requested after the February 23 deadline, or for institutional restrictions on work related travel including business academic attendance and meetings and conferences (dated HR policy must be provided).
Refunds will not be given for no-shows. In rare cases, exceptions may be made. Any requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than XXX. After that time, no refund exceptions will be considered.
