POSTER SET- UP/TEAR DOWN

Set-Up: Wednesday, February 26, from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tear Down: Friday, February 28, from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Please note that CREOG & APGO are not responsible for posters left up after this time. Please do not leave poster containers in the Exhibit Hall. Any that are left will be discarded.

EXHIBIT TIMES

Wednesday, February 26 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Thursday, February 27 from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
Friday, February 28 from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm

In order to prepare for the Welcome Reception and the opening of the Exhibit Hall, set-up must be complete by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 26. You must plan to be present with your poster during exhibit hours.

Please keep in mind that this is a poster session and no audiovisual equipment is allowed. The poster should be able to fit within a 4’ x 8′ bulletin board. Posters will be judged and winners announced at the CREOG & APGO Luncheon on Friday, February 28.

CHECKLIST

Primary Authors will receive an email from dvalantsevich@acog.org with a task list that needs to be completed in order to participate in the conference. Biography, photo upload and syllabus material deadline is December 27, 2019.
