POSTER SET- UP/TEAR DOWN
- Set-Up: Wednesday, February 26, from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Tear Down: Friday, February 28, from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Please note that CREOG & APGO are not responsible for posters left up after this time. Please do not leave poster containers in the Exhibit Hall. Any that are left will be discarded.
EXHIBIT TIMES
- Wednesday, February 26 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Thursday, February 27 from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
- Friday, February 28 from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
In order to prepare for the Welcome Reception and the opening of the Exhibit Hall, set-up must be complete by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 26. You must plan to be present with your poster during exhibit hours.
Please keep in mind that this is a poster session and no audiovisual equipment is allowed. The poster should be able to fit within a 4’ x 8′ bulletin board. Posters will be judged and winners announced at the CREOG & APGO Luncheon on Friday, February 28.
CHECKLIST
- Primary Authors will receive an email from dvalantsevich@acog.org with a task list that needs to be completed in order to participate in the conference. Biography, photo upload and syllabus material deadline is December 27, 2019.
- Book your hotel reservations directly with the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
- Register and pay for the meeting.
