AV PROCEDURES

Your presentation will be a 1 hour presentation. There will be no AV available for the small group discussions except for one flip chart/markers in each room.

The small groups will be set up for one presenter and 25-30 attendees.

Primary Authors will receive an email from dvalantsevich@acog.org with a task list  that needs to be completed in order to participate in the conference. Biography, photo upload and syllabus material deadline is December 27, 2019.

HOTEL AND MEETING REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The meeting will be held February 26-29, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida. All presenters must make their hotel reservations directly with the hotel.

Presenters must also register and pay for the meeting. Registration is now open.
