Data Sources:  PubMed, ERIC, MedEdPORTAL, Embase, Scopus (5 words)

Methods of Study Selection:
Systematic review methodology was used, with two authors performing each stage of the review.  The search was conducted on all articles within the above databases from 1/1/2000 to 8/31/2022.  Reference lists of included articles will also be reviewed.  The search will be re-run prior to final analysis.  Inclusion criteria are: English, primary studies, undergraduate or graduate medical education, participants are faculty, intervention is peer-to-peer, in-person teaching, measurable outcomes, intervention includes all three elements (goal-setting, direct observation, feedback).  (81 words)

Tabulation, Integration and Results:  (as of 12/21/22)
The initial search found 5044 studies, 1788 duplicates were removed, and 3256 studies were each reviewed by two authors for title/abstract screening. Conflicts were resolved by SC, 116 studies are included in full text review, where each study will be reviewed by RF and one other author.  Data extraction will be completed by 2 authors, with conflicts resolved by consensus.  (61 words)

Conclusion:  The primary author underestimated the length of time it would take to complete a systematic review.  Full text review will be complete by 1/1/22, data extraction in the following month. (32 words)
