Objective: 1. Analyze the potential pitfalls between the student and resident experience

 2. Appreciate generational differences and its impact on feedback

 3. Provide creative solutions to support resident teachers

 4. Appraise the concept of informed consent within the Clerkship

 

Methods: Direct discussion with residents and students

 Teaching Workshops

 Pedagogy in medical education

 

Results: Improved resident evaluations by medical students

 Improved understanding of medical student expectations by both sets of learners

 Understanding of Informed Consent to demonstrate engagement by students
